Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Valid for 12 months from purchase / issue date.
• Can be redeemed against purchases in all venues and also takeaway services.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for any cash value.
• No change or refund will be given.
• Vouchers may be used for purchases of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
• Vouchers cannot be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
• Vouchers are sent by e-mail.
• Vouchers may be subject to verification at time of presentation.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of The Village Inn management is final.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
